it’s that time of year again – time for calendars!
For 2014, I have created three different calendars, and I’m sure there’s something there for everyone.
Birds of Prey – from cute little burrowing owls to majestic sea eagles
The calendars are nice and big in A3, and would look great on any wall. Of course they’d be great as a christmas pressie too…
You can access the site where you can have a closer look at the calendars and, should you be so inclined, order them directly, by clicking on the links above.
If you do decide to buy one, or two (or three!) calendars, do let me know, as I can only see that somebody bought stuff, but not who. And I always like to say thanks in person.

Goshawk ‘Felicia’ (this was taken last year, when she was only a few months old – she now has her beautiful adult plumage, and her eyes have turned a stunning yellow.)

taken a few weeks ago, when there were still leaves on the trees. Things are looking pretty bare nowadays… No snow, though :(

Today wasn’t a great day for taking photographs. Dull light, boring overcast skies, not even a bit of wind to get the sea going a bit… just not a day for shooting landscapes.
I did it, anyway – for the first time today, I went off, just me and my 3 month old girl, we went on a drive and ended up at Bishop’s Quarter Beach for a little walk. I wrapped her in her cosy warm snowsuit, bundled her up in the sling, and off we went. She fell asleep and started to snore while I worked on slowly finding my photography feet once more. Happy days :)
I then chased these shots through Lightroom, which also is an interesting learning process for me – it’s all pretty new, and also explains the different watermark – my old one is still on my old laptop, and I will have to take the time to try and export it from PS and import it into LR … not sure if or how that works, and my attention is needed elsewhere tonight :)
